How We Work

Investment model
Turkey Hill Partners is an independent sponsor. We evaluate opportunities transaction by transaction and partner with family offices, institutional investors, lenders, and other aligned capital providers on each one.
That lets us build a shareholder group deliberately, rather than fitting every opportunity inside the constraints of a fixed fund mandate or deployment schedule.
Alignment
Each transaction is structured so that Turkey Hill, its capital partners, and management are working toward the same result.
Transaction selection
We pursue opportunities we understand well: established, profitable businesses where our involvement can make a practical difference. We would rather pass on a transaction than force one.
Capital structure
Leverage is sized to the business, not the other way around. We prefer structures that leave a company room to invest and to absorb a difficult year.
