Steve Rhodes

Managing Partner

Steve Rhodes founded Turkey Hill Partners to acquire and build enduring lower-middle-market businesses alongside owners, management teams, and aligned investors.

He brings an operator's perspective to investing, having built and led businesses in healthcare distribution, group purchasing, technology-enabled services, and related markets. His experience includes developing commercial partnerships, negotiating complex contracts, building new businesses, and working with large healthcare organizations and strategic partners.

At Turkey Hill, he leads investment selection, transaction structuring, capital partnerships, and active ownership.

Penny Kendall

Associate

Penny Kendall is an Associate at Turkey Hill Partners, supporting the firm's investment sourcing, research, underwriting, diligence, and transaction execution.

She works across new investment opportunities and strategic initiatives, helping Turkey Hill evaluate businesses, industries, and potential partnerships.
